DSPMW is the dry oil-free screw selection presented on Desran's dedicated dry-compression route. It is distinct from the manufacturer's water-lubricated and scroll products. The selected DSPMW-75A parameter-table entry gives a 75 kW motor with air delivery of 12.5 m³/min at 7.5 bar, 11.6 at 8.5 bar and 10.5 at 10 bar. Those pressure columns differ from the oil-injected DSPM and DSTPM tables.
The physical entry for DSPMW-75A is 2,150 × 1,370 × 1,910 mm, 2,290 kg and DN50. Smaller DSPMW-37A and DSPMW-55A are separate 37 and 55 kW entries giving 6.3 and 9.6 m³/min respectively at 7.5 bar. Do not combine those ratings with the selected 75A. Larger A and W variants need their own arrangement and utility confirmation.
The manufacturer discusses rotor coating and shaft sealing for the dry-compression design. The original official image illustrates its equipment; it does not establish every cooling or accessory configuration. Agree the offered machine's full model, electrical supply, cooling needs, delivery test/reference conditions and final installation drawing.
Specify oil, moisture and particle limits at the actual air user, required dryer performance, downstream filtration and the measurement location. Dry oil-free compression alone does not establish sterile air, breathing-air suitability or an air-quality certification for the entire installation. Request evidence covering the offered model and operating conditions, plus agreed performance and air-quality acceptance records. Define condensate handling, process compatibility, commissioning and routine service scope as part of the system offer.
