Wuhan New World screw refrigeration and NG skids, Dongxihu

Wuhan New World Refrigeration Industry Co., Ltd. (Wuleng) is the Bingshan group’s Wuhan works, not the Dalian Bingshan plant already listed elsewhere. The official about page dates the company to 1954 as the former Wuhan Refrigerating Machine Works, a former Ministry of Machinery backbone factory, and records a February 2008 move from Hanyang into the Jinyintan economic area of Dongxihu. The new park is published as 250,000 m² with more than one billion yuan invested, imported machine tools, compressor and vessel lines, four performance-test stands, and a yearly capacity of more than 3,000 screw products. Cumulative screw-refrigerating output is stated as more than 60,000 sets since screw production began in 1974 (a Bingshan-group note uses 1978 for the first domestic screw refrigerating machine — the works page is the one this listing follows for Wuleng’s own start year).

Industrial screw refrigeration remains the public backbone. The about page calls Wuleng screw refrigerating compressors compact, efficient, low-wear and long-lived, and lists oil, chemical, air-conditioning, cold storage, hydropower, textile, coal, pharmaceutical, food, beer, stadiums, exhibition halls, marine cold and defence as application fields, plus export to Africa, Oceania, South America and Southeast Asia. This desk lists WULENG-SCREW-REF. Open versus semi-hermetic, refrigerant and temperatures stay on the RFQ.

From 2011 the same page says the works balanced “cold and heat”: screw expander-generators, ultra-high-temperature heat pumps, LNG/LPG cold-energy units, skid-mounted mobile natural-gas boosters and liquefaction trains, CCUS units, ultra-low-temperature cascade sets and low-pressure screw blowers. The Bingshan group news file that describes this works also names natural-gas single- and two-stage compression skids and steam-screw compressor packages. This desk publishes WULENG-NG-SKID and WULENG-STEAM-SCREW for those two public jobs. The official history page records QYF280SP steam-screw and several mine-cooling frames entering energy-saving directories, and a steam-screw set winning a China Refrigeration Exhibition innovation award. Frame codes stay inside the series. They are not extra SKUs.

A2 pressure-vessel design and manufacture for category-D vessels — ammonia exchangers, separators, receivers and fluorocarbon auxiliaries — is stated on the homepage. Mine-safety certification on explosion-proof refrigeration is stated as an industry-first. Quality, environment and occupational-health certificates are described as a three-in-one system with an IQNET management-innovation award. This listing will not invent ASME U or an ISO 8573 class from those lines.

Dongxihu Jinyintan is the Bingshan Wuhan park, not the Dalian Bingshan works. A marine cold-store screw and a coal-mine explosion-proof set do not share a hazardous-area file. Write marine or mine. Natural-gas single-stage and two-stage compression skids named on the group description of this works need suction pressure and daily volume. Steam-screw packages need inlet vapour data. Do not send an 8 bar workshop-air RFQ because the word screw appears in the title.

Mine-cooling, freeze-shaft construction and mine waste-heat tiles on the homepage are a coal conversation: explosion-proof refrigeration and heat pumps, not factory air. LNG-energy copy on the same site is recovery and liquefaction of associated gas. Waste-heat copy names heat pumps with leaving water from 40 °C to 120 °C and source temperatures from 2 °C to 75 °C. Those packages stay off the three catalogue rows. Name them in prose if that is the duty.

ORC expanders and low-pressure screw blowers stay in this paragraph. Factory compressed air is the wrong RFQ. The plant remains the seller. Wuleng quotes from Dongxihu.
