Wuleng's water-vapour compression package uses twin-screw compression to raise steam pressure and temperature. Its official description separates the steam compressor and piping/valves, spray-water desuperheating and lubrication systems. This is a compression/recompression duty, distinct from the company's screw expanders that use a pressure drop to generate output.

The published family boundary is steam inlet pressure above 0.1 MPa and outlet pressure up to 2.0 MPa. The page does not specify whether those figures are gauge or absolute, or provide a steam mass-flow, motor-power or model-specific heat balance. Confirm the pressure basis and selected machine rather than treating these boundary values as a complete rating.

For mechanical vapour recompression, supply the secondary vapour's mass flow, pressure, temperature, wetness and composition, desired discharge conditions and the available spray-water quality/flow. Include the normal and minimum process load and startup conditions. The manufacturer describes an oil tank, cooler, filters and pump in the lubrication train; agree lubricant separation/isolation and the delivered steam-quality requirement at the process interface.

Request a heat and mass balance, selected compressor input, separation/drainage and protective functions, installation and maintenance drawings, utility scope and acceptance-test conditions. Useful heat and purchased electricity must be compared over the same process boundary. The listed food, chemical, paper, salt and pharmaceutical applications do not independently establish a hygienic or contamination-free package for every process.
