Shunfeng's M-type process route includes water-cooled fixed/skid-mounted reciprocating equipment. Manufacturer project descriptions identify symmetric-balanced M-type packages for new refrigerants, flare-gas recovery and methyl chloride. The MW-27/1.8-40 table entry lists 27 m³/min volume flow, 0.18 MPa inlet pressure, 4 MPa discharge pressure and 550 kW motor power. Its listed envelope is 6260 × 3050 × 1500 mm and weight 21000 kg. Confirm gas/reference conditions, pressure convention and current drawing; these values cannot be transferred to a different MW selection.
The new-refrigerant case specifies four rows/four cylinders/three stages and variable-frequency flow regulation. The flare-gas case describes skid construction and single-machine PLC/touch-screen control. These illustrate different configured packages rather than a standard feature list for every M model. For variable-composition recovery duty, supply actual gas analysis, liquid/contaminant information and all inlet/delivery cases.
Agree materials and seals, packing/leak collection, interstage separation/cooling, load and speed range, vibration/pulsation review, instrument/protection interfaces and hazardous-area requirements. Define driver and auxiliaries, factory/site acceptance, installation/commissioning and valve/packing/spares support. A recorded project or award does not prove performance at an unreviewed new duty.
