Orient's DF-HA page identifies a D-type symmetrical balanced reciprocating arrangement and says the equipment can be supplied as a complete skid package. The original photograph shows an actual workshop assembly, with the exact gas and duty not specified. Scope the supplied compressor, driver, coolers, separators, piping, instruments and control system in the offered bill of materials; a catalog photograph does not establish every order inclusion.

The technical table lists combined piston force of 8,000 lbf / 35,593 N and gas force of 9,600 lbf / 42,712 N as separate fields. It lists crank-count alternatives 1 / 2 / 4, stroke alternatives 140 / 120 mm and speed alternatives 740 / 980 rpm. These alternatives are not paired into one guaranteed configuration by the single row; ask for the selected combination and operating-force calculation. The two-cylinder gross-mass field gives 3,000 kg, with 850 kg added per additional crank/cylinder. It is not a transport-weight guarantee for the pictured complete package. A source two-cylinder length cell pairs 40.8 inches with 1,025.5 mm inconsistently; current checked drawings are required instead of publishing either as a reliable installation dimension.

DF-HA uses a cast-iron crankcase with integrated crosshead guides and a forged-steel crankshaft. The manufacturer specifies Babbitt main and big-end bearings and bronze small-end bearings. Cylinder lubrication can be oil or non-lubricated; cylinder, piston and rod materials vary with the gas service. The frame still requires circulating oil via the crankshaft-driven gear pump, external cooler/filter and internal bearing paths. A motor-driven auxiliary pump provides prelubrication and backup.

The page describes ring, mesh, slotted and poppet valve forms, with material and full/partial-load valve calculations selected for duty. Agree the actual gas composition, pressures, temperatures, flow reference, loads and operating modes. Obtain gas leakage/contamination limits, cooling, auxiliary-oil operation/interlocks, pulsation/vibration scope, foundation/maintenance drawings, test criteria and start-up responsibilities. Engineering-standard references and an oil-free gas-cylinder option are not blanket certification of the supplied skid.
