埃朗工业(上海)有限公司 · ELANG group
Stationary air, dry compression or a diesel site package?
Elang Industrial (Shanghai) belongs to the ELANG group, whose company presentation locates its Shanghai operations in Nanxiang, Jiading. The group records expanded mainland compressor production and assembly from 1999 and the opening of its Nantong factory on 27 October 2023.

A catalog hosted by the Hannover Messe organizer connects the same Elang Industrial (Shanghai) identity with Shanghai and Nantong. It is manufacturer-supplied catalog material, rather than an independent factory audit.
ERC: electrically driven stationary screw air, with pressure-matched delivery and a chosen cooling version.
ERCG: dry oil-free compression, with a separate quality and treatment brief.
EL: diesel mobile air, with tool demand, engine and transport conditions.
The wider group catalog also covers variable-frequency, low- and medium-pressure, heat-recovery and after-treatment equipment. The existing product routes below focus on three distinct procurement decisions.
ERC direct-driven stationary screw
Read pressure and delivery as a pair

The motor rating stays the same across each model group's published duty selections. Available air changes with pressure. Compare the required compressor discharge pressure after allowing for losses between the compressor and the user.
The webpage calls the values air delivery. Obtain the test/reference conditions and complete-package input power before comparing another supplier's FAD or specific power.
ERC direct-drive equipment details →| Model group / motor | 7 bar | 8 bar | 10 bar | 12.5 bar |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ERC-30SA/SW · 22 kW | 3.8 | 3.6 | 3.2 | 2.5 |
| ERC-40SA/SW · 30 kW | 5.3 | 5.0 | 4.3 | 3.6 |
Selection brief: user pressure, minimum/normal/peak demand and shift pattern; receiver, controls and treatment scope. A 22 kW motor is not a measured 22 kW complete-station consumption figure.
Installation changes with the offered version
Choose SA or SW before sizing the utility connection
Air-cooled route
The ERC-30SA/SW table's applicable air-cooling entry is 110 m³/min cooling air; ERC-40SA/SW lists 145 m³/min.
Request ventilation and duct limits, inlet/ambient conditions, heat rejection and service access for the selected package. Plan where hot exhaust air goes.
Water-cooled route
The alternative cooling-water entries are 14.5 L/min for ERC-30SA/SW and 20 L/min for ERC-40SA/SW.
Obtain inlet temperature, water quality, available pressure, pressure drop and connection requirements. The flow alone does not define an adequate cooling-water system.
- ERC-30SA/SW physical entry
- 1,380 × 850 × 1,150 mm · 640 kg · 1¼-inch air connection.
- ERC-40SA/SW physical entry
- 1,450 × 900 × 1,220 mm · 900 kg · 1¼-inch air connection.
These are preliminary published values. Use the approved selected-machine drawing for foundations, handling, clearance and final utility work; do not add both cooling alternatives to every package.
ERCG dry oil-free route
Separate the compression path from the installed air-quality result

ELANG describes low- and high-pressure rotor sections, interstage cooling and water separation. The diagram distinguishes compressed air, cooling water and lubricating oil. Gear or bearing lubrication is separate from injecting oil into the compression chamber.
For a quality-sensitive user, specify moisture, particles and total oil at the point of use, treatment, sampling and applicable selected-model evidence. Dry compression alone does not define the whole installed system's air quality.
ERCG selection and installation details →- At enquiry: continuous/peak consumption, quality requirement, ambient/inlet conditions and cooling availability.
- At design approval: electrical version, cooling arrangement, treatment losses, condensate, cooler and maintenance access.
- At acceptance: selected-machine performance and quality evidence with the agreed operating and sampling conditions.

For tools, sandblasting or drilling, give the actual user requirement, simultaneous demand, hose length and operating hours. Add altitude, temperature, dust, cold-start needs and movement between sites. An engine power figure does not directly specify tool air capacity.
Agree the engine version, fuel/service needs, destination emissions documentation and transport suitability. A trailer-style picture does not establish road approval.

Ask for records that identify the ordered package

Material and components
Specify the agreed air end, motor or engine and critical options. Request traceability or scoped documents where the order requires them.
Assembly configuration
Tie cooling, voltage/frequency or engine/chassis choices to the model and revision on the build and installation documents.
Machine test
Agree working pressure, air-delivery reference conditions and package input or engine operating conditions. Define what the acceptance record must show.
Delivery inspection
Match serial identification, packing, handling dimensions, included accessories, manuals and initial service parts to the quotation.
Attach a brief that can produce a comparable offer
ERC: pressure-matched delivery, demand pattern, electrical supply, SA/SW utilities and station scope.
ERCG: corrected model sheet, point-of-use quality, cooling, treatment and sampling/acceptance scope.
EL: tool duty, hoses, engine/chassis, site conditions and transport/engine documentation.
For each route, confirm the actual seller and manufacturer, manufacturing/inspection location, installation and commissioning responsibilities, required scoped conformity documents and routine spares.

Can I use the ERC flow at 7 bar for a 10 bar enquiry?
Use the pressure-matched entry. ERC-30SA/SW lists 3.8 m³/min at7bar and3.2 at10bar. Confirm reference conditions and losses between the package and the user.
Does SW cooling require the listed cooling-air volume too?
The table contains alternative air- and water-cooling entries. Confirm the delivered version and its complete installation requirements rather than adding both listed flows automatically.
Which precise ERCG rating should go on the order?
Request a corrected selected-model sheet because the current webpage's table headings are inconsistent. Family extrema cannot define one machine's simultaneous duty.
Can I combine the older EL catalog with the current engine row?
Keep each document edition and engine/chassis configuration intact. Use the accepted current selection on the order and confirm final transport and operating information.
