ELANG's dry oil-free screw page describes separate low- and high-pressure rotor sections with interstage cooling and water separation. Its original system diagram distinguishes the compressed-air path, cooling-water circuit and lubricating-oil circuit. Lubrication for the gear and bearing system is different from injecting oil into the compression chamber. The diagram explains the architecture; it is not an as-built drawing for the buyer's machine.

The current family headline lists 55–355 kW, 5–10 bar and 7.8–72 m³/min across different model and pressure selections. Those limits cannot be treated as one operating point. The page's model table has inconsistent power and pressure columns and a pressure-unit heading that conflicts with the headline. A selected ERCG motor rating and pressure-specific capacity should come from a corrected model sheet, not an editorial swap of the columns.

The ERCG-75SW physical entry lists 2,200 × 1,400 × 1,540 mm, 1,250 kg and a DN50 outlet. Use these for preliminary space planning only, then obtain the actual installation drawing, handling mass, cooling conditions and electrical version. The manufacturer discusses cooler access and temperature/humidity control between stages; specify the operating envelope and maintenance arrangements for the offered version.

For instrument, food or other quality-sensitive users, state the required moisture, particles and total oil at the point of use, the treatment train and sample location. Request applicable model-scoped quality evidence and agree commissioning and performance acceptance. Dry compression alone does not establish the quality of the whole installed air system. The original technical diagram shows the circuit arrangement and must not substitute for selected-machine installation or quality documents.
