ELANG's ERC direct-driven stationary range includes alternative SA and SW cooling selections. The current table pairs the ERC-30SA/SW group's 22 kW motor with published air delivery of 3.8 m³/min at 7 bar, 3.6 at 8 bar, 3.2 at 10 bar and 2.5 at 12.5 bar. Each pressure and flow belong together. The motor rating is not a measured complete-package input value.

For comparison, ERC-40SA/SW has a 30 kW motor and 5.3, 5.0, 4.3 and 3.6 m³/min at those same respective pressures. Choosing more pressure changes available delivery. Define required user pressure after piping and treatment losses, then request the selected model's reference conditions and performance test basis. The manufacturer labels these figures air delivery; obtain the applicable capacity basis before comparing another supplier's FAD or specific power.

ERC-30SA/SW is listed at 1,380 × 850 × 1,150 mm and 640 kg, with a 1¼-inch connection. The respective cooling entries are 110 m³/min cooling-air volume or 14.5 L/min cooling-water volume. ERC-40SA/SW changes to 1,450 × 900 × 1,220 mm and 900 kg, with 145 m³/min or 20 L/min. Choose the offered cooling version; these are alternative utilities, not two simultaneous requirements for every package.

Obtain the installation drawing, ventilation or cooling-water conditions, service access, electrical supply, control method and condensate arrangements. If a dryer or other station equipment is proposed, identify its scope, losses and utilities separately. The original gallery photograph illustrates a direct-drive arrangement with the enclosure open, rather than proving the pictured unit is the quoted ERC-30 model.
