上海斯可络压缩机有限公司 / Shanghai Screw Compressor Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. ANEST IWATA's current Asia/Oceania network lists SCR at the North Jinshan Industrial Zone in Shanghai with air-compressor manufacture and sales.
ANEST IWATA's November 2017 announcement describes an agreement to acquire 51% of SCR; SCR dates the resulting China–Japan joint venture to 2018. An acquisition agreement and a later operating relationship are different milestones.
Keep SCR separate from the group's Hangzhou compressor company and Shanghai coating-equipment company. Name the legal seller, manufacturing/test site and selected model in the offer. An imported airend or group relationship does not establish that the complete package was made in Japan.

The source recommends the 60–100% capacity range. Request input/performance through the actual working-shift load; the printed minimum and maximum do not promise the same efficiency throughout the band.
Standalone and T-D offers have different boundaries
The small 10–20 HP T-D arrangements offer dryer, filters and receiver. Their footprint and weight differ from standalone units. State which treatment/storage arrangement is included and specify pressure dew point, oil and particulate requirements at the point of use.
SCR describes an oil-cooled, IP65 permanent-magnet motor and direct airend-shaft mounting. Agree service access, ventilation, controls and consumables for the complete machine; a motor feature does not remove package maintenance.

GPM2 and XA solve different demand and maintenance questions
GPM2: select the two-stage screw duty
The page describes direct drive, permanent-magnet motors and adjustable first- and second-stage speeds. Oil-cooled motors and an oil-free compression air path refer to different parts of the machine.

The airend uses fixed and orbiting scrolls without oil for compression cooling/lubrication. Larger packages start the modules needed for demand; establish the remaining capacity during one module's service.

SCR describes pre-delivery performance testing. Make the order-specific test traceable to the model and serial number, then agree the useful air quality and delivery at the buyer's system boundary.
- Selection: duty pressure, flow/reference, normal/peak demand and required air quality; APM load band or GPM2/XA configuration.
- Package: driver/control, treatment, receiver, electrical supply, cooling/ventilation and general-arrangement/service drawings.
- Acceptance: model-specific performance conditions, package input, treatment dew point and applicable certificate/destination documents.

Questions to settle before comparing SCR offers
Does the ANEST IWATA relationship mean the whole machine is Japan-made?
The current group network identifies SCR as a Shanghai manufacturer. XA uses ANEST IWATA scroll airends, but that component relationship does not establish whole-package origin. Ask for the offered machine's actual manufacturing and test location.
Can an APM 8 bar maximum be used for a 10 bar enquiry?
The variants have different flow bands. SCR30APM-8 lists up to 3.40 m³/min at 8 bar; its -10 variant lists up to 3.00 at 10 bar. Choose the pressure-matched row and request input throughout the actual load profile.
Does an oil-cooled motor contradict GPM2 oil-free compression?
Motor cooling and the compression air path are different systems. Confirm the offered airend arrangement and air-quality test scope; drying and distribution quality remain separate selection requirements.
Does a multi-module XA package guarantee full flow during maintenance?
Determine useful delivery at the required pressure with one module unavailable. Agree the module count, sequencing, storage and service access; modular construction alone does not state the required remaining capacity.
Does every XA model include a receiver and dryer?
The reviewed table lists 50 L for SCR5XA and 230 L for SCR10XA, but no receiver for the larger entries. Dryer and storage scope should be named in the actual offer rather than assumed from a family image.
