SCR's GPM2 product page describes high-speed direct-drive, two-stage oil-free screw compression with permanent-magnet drives and adjustable first- and second-stage speeds. The page also describes oil-cooled motors; oil-free compression and motor cooling refer to different parts of the machine.

For consistent headline/table examples, 37 kW SCR50GPM2-7 lists 6.0 m³/min at 7 bar and SCR50GPM2-8 lists 5.5 at 8 bar. The 45 kW SCR60GPM2-7 is 7.0 m³/min at 7 bar and its -8 variant is 6.5 at 8 bar. Keep the pressure and model suffix together. Request the actual selected machine's capacity reference, full load/control curve, total electrical input and test conditions.

Select this route when the process requires an oil-free compression air path at an appropriate larger flow duty. Specify pressure dew point and point-of-use air quality separately: drying, filtration, receiver and distribution conditions are still part of the delivered system. If certified Class 0 air is required, obtain the certificate and test scope for the exact offered model, operating conditions and required system boundary.

Provide pressure, normal/peak/minimum demand, operating hours, inlet/ambient/altitude, cooling and electrical supply. Agree stage/control protection, sequencing with existing machines, installation/maintenance access and cooling-air discharge. Request performance and air-quality acceptance conditions, commissioning, destination documentation and the offered model's maintenance and parts plan. No generic energy-saving percentage or blanket certificate is used as a guaranteed project result.
