SCR's APM family uses an oil-injected screw airend and oil-cooled permanent-magnet motor with variable-speed control. The manufacturer describes the motor rotor mounted on the airend shaft and IP65 motor protection. These features concern the motor/drive arrangement; they do not make the complete package maintenance-free or define its installed energy use.

Choose the pressure variant before comparing delivery. At 22 kW, SCR30APM-8 is listed at 0.85–3.40 m³/min at 8 bar, while SCR30APM-10 is 0.70–3.00 at 10 bar. At 75 kW, SCR100APM-8 is 2.9–12.0 m³/min at 8 bar and SCR100APM-10 is 2.6–11.0 at 10 bar. The table cites GB3853 capacity measurement, equivalent to ISO1217 Annex C, and recommends operation in the 60–100% capacity range. State the real shift load and request performance/input through that range rather than comparing only maximum flow.

The 10–20 HP T-D configurations offer dryer, filters and receiver and differ in footprint and weight from standalone units. Establish which package is being quoted, the delivered-air moisture/oil/particle requirement, treatment duty and condensate arrangements. The published standard supply is 380V/50Hz/three-phase; confirm a different supply with the selected model.

Send duty pressure, normal/peak and minimum flow, operating hours, existing-machine sequencing, ambient/altitude and ventilation/service access. Ask for paired model performance, total package input, installation drawings, agreed test and air-quality conditions, destination documents and model-specific maintenance/commissioning scope. Special altitude, heat, humidity or dust conditions require a reviewed configuration rather than automatic use of the standard table.
