Jiangbei describes motor-driven reciprocating chemical/special-gas equipment for pressure boosting and recovery, with PLC control, air/water/mixed cooling and trailer, container-skid or fixed forms selected for the project. The original technical table identifies the medium for each model; a broad gas list does not establish compatibility of one offered machine with every listed gas.
Nitrogen ZW-0.67/(3-4)-(8-10) gives 150 Nm³/h, 0.3–0.4 MPa inlet, 0.8–1.0 MPa discharge, 11 kW and 1600 × 1100 × 1400 mm. Propylene ZW-0.95/8-12 gives 420 Nm³/h, 0.8 to 1.2 MPa, 15 kW and 1500 × 1200 × 1400 mm. Methane VW-0.21/(20-30)-250 gives 270 Nm³/h, 2.0–3.0 to 25 MPa, 45 kW and 3200 × 2000 × 1600 mm. These are separate duties and media, not points on one universal compressor curve.
The gas-specific chart includes rows beyond the generic ≤15 MPa special-gas description on the page. Agree the actual offered model, suction/discharge envelope, normal reference and pressure convention in the performance sheet. Do not derive a motor rating, medium or permissible pressure from a suffix or unrelated row.
The page calls the gas compression non-lubricated and describes oil/water pressure, temperature and inlet/discharge protections. Obtain gas-contact materials/seals, actual lubrication boundary, acceptable carryover/purity, conditioning/cooling, vent/recovery and protection setpoints. Non-lubricated gas cylinders do not mean every bearing/drive is lubricant-free, and do not independently prove food-grade or hazardous-gas compliance.
Send complete composition and variation, temperature, contaminants/entrained liquid, available inlet pressure, normal/base/peak flow, receiving pressure and operating cycle. Request P&ID, offered performance/package input, control/electrical interfaces, utility and installation/service drawings, current applicable documents and factory/acceptance tests. Agree manuals, wear parts, qualified commissioning, warranty and destination support. The original special-gas photograph remains a manufacturer family example; it is not assigned to the nitrogen, propylene or methane rows without a model identification.
