Jiangbei publishes a carbon-dioxide compressor family with an original model chart giving normal capacity in Nm³/h, inlet/discharge MPa, motor kW and envelope. Use paired duties rather than comparing motor ratings or the general family headline alone.

ZW-3/2-3 gives 480 Nm³/h at 0.2 MPa inlet and 0.3 MPa discharge, 11 kW and 1400 × 900 × 1250 mm. ZW-5.5/2-6 gives 900 Nm³/h at 0.2 to 0.6 MPa, 45 kW and 2000 × 1600 × 1250 mm. VW-4/20 gives 220 Nm³/h with atmospheric inlet and 2.0 MPa discharge, also 45 kW, with 2800 × 1800 × 1750 mm. Equal motor ratings do not make the latter two identical compression tasks.

DW-3.2/17-48 gives 3150 Nm³/h at 1.7 MPa inlet and 4.8 MPa discharge, 160 kW and 4800 × 2200 × 1800 mm. This original table includes duties outside the generic 10–1800 Nm³/h special-gas text repeated on the page. Obtain the actual offered row and performance envelope rather than substituting that broader text or assuming all maximum figures combine.

The normal-volume reference temperature/pressure and gauge/absolute pressure convention are not fully stated. Provide CO2 composition/purity, temperature, available suction envelope, base/peak normal flow, contaminants/liquid conditions, receiving pressure and operating cycle. Agree gas-contact materials, sealing, carryover/purity limits, cooling and conditioning, vent/recovery and controls in the engineered scope. A generic food-industry mention is not a purity certification.

The manufacturer describes reciprocating gas compression and non-lubricated gas-path operation in the page's family text. Define the actual configuration and distinguish drive/bearing lubrication. Request offered performance, package input, P&ID, installation/electrical/control drawings, service clearances, actual test records, manuals and spares. Agree warranty/commissioning and destination support. The original factory photograph is a CO2-page family example, not proof of a particular quoted row or customer contract.
