Product overview

Power: 2 × 3.7 kW, NXLW-0.8 · Pressure: 8.5–10 bar, family band · Flow: 0.8 m³/min, listed NXLW-0.8 flow

Nanxiang's NXLW range combines oil-free scroll modules in packages of different capacities. The NXLW-0.8 example has two 3.7 kW modules and a published outlet flow of 0.8 m³/min. The table states a family rated-pressure band of 8.5–10 bar, but does not provide a separate flow at each pressure.

NXLW-0.8 measures 1,080 × 750 × 1,000 mm, weighs 300 kg and uses an Rp1/2 outlet. A larger NXLW-1.6 package has four 3.7 kW modules, 1.6 m³/min listed flow and an Rp1 outlet. Module count, footprint and electrical load therefore change together across the range.

For an application with variable demand, confirm how the modules are sequenced and what capacity is available at the selected pressure. Specify required dew point, filtration, operating hours and installation ventilation. The family table is a starting point for selection, not a performance curve or a guarantee of identical output throughout the pressure band.
