Nanxiang's NXT Tianqi range uses a 5:6 asymmetric screw rotor profile and a large-diameter, low-speed rotor design. Model suffix V identifies permanent-magnet variable-frequency starting, while suffix F identifies fixed-frequency starting. This distinction should remain visible when comparing two machines of the same power.
NXT-22V and NXT-22F are listed at 22 kW, with 3.6 m³/min at 8 bar, 3.2 m³/min at 10 bar and 2.6 m³/min at 13 bar. The group measures 1,380 × 850 × 1,160 mm, weighs 430 kg and uses a DN25 outlet. Smaller and larger NXT selections have separate pressure-specific ratings.
Select the drive configuration against the daily demand pattern rather than assuming a fixed energy-saving percentage. Specify working pressure, intake conditions, electrical supply and the required dryer and filtration arrangement. Allow cooling-air and service clearance beyond the catalog enclosure dimensions.
