Nanxiang's NXGW series uses two-stage dry screw compression, with fixed-frequency F and permanent-magnet variable-frequency V variants. Its described sealing arrangement separates the compression path from the lubrication system. Oil-free compression does not by itself define moisture or particle quality at the point of use.
The NXGW45V/F reference group uses a 45 kW motor. Published capacity is 7.70 m³/min at 7 bar, 6.73 m³/min at 8 bar and 5.10 m³/min at 10 bar. The air-cooled package is listed at 2,500 × 1,600 × 2,080 mm, 2,600 kg and a DN50 outlet.
Larger entries distinguish air-cooled and water-cooled dimensions. Confirm the selected cooling system, drive option and operating pressure before approving a layout or comparing performance. For sensitive processes, define the required oil, water and particle limits and obtain model-specific air-quality documentation along with the operating performance data.
