Procomp PCOPT and PCVG process reciprocating compressor routes from Procomp Energy Machinery (Ma'anshan)

Procomp's process-piston catalogue separates PCOPT large-flow balanced-opposed frames, PCVG large-flow vertical labyrinth machines, PCW medium-flow vertical machines and PCDY/PCD(DH) smaller vertical configurations. The PCVG description specifies a non-contact labyrinth piston structure. Select cylinder, stage and sealing architecture for the actual gas rather than assigning one rating to the whole piston range.

The original PCOPT family chart lists 500–100,000 Nm³/h, discharge pressure 2–1000 bar and power 75–4000 kW. The separate PCVG chart lists 500–20,000 Nm³/h, discharge pressure 2–50 bar and power 150–1600 kW. These are family envelopes; their upper limits are not one operating point. Obtain the normal reference conditions and absolute/gauge pressure basis in the selected machine's duty sheet.

PCOPT's product description refers to API 618 and manufacturer standards, while the smaller PCW/PCDY/PCD(DH) descriptions explicitly distinguish manufacturer-standard design with API reference. A skid-mounted high-speed route separately references ISO 13631. Agree the chosen standard, edition, test/inspection scope and exceptions for the offered model; no current certification or universal compliance is inferred.

Provide gas composition and impurities, suction pressure/temperature envelope, discharge pressure, normal flow/demand and duty cycle. Review stage arrangement, rod loads, materials, lubrication/sealing, valve and packing design, capacity control, pulsation/vibration and the required monitoring/protections for the project. Those are purchase requirements, not a statement that every option is supplied.

Request the current configured-unit arrangement and identify compressor, drive, coolers, separators, piping, controls and foundation interfaces on the offer. Obtain selected-duty performance and power, drawings, test conditions, traceability, wear parts and startup/service scope. No gas-purity, seal-life or overseas-response guarantee is presumed.
