Procomp hydrogen and CNG station compressor application routes from Procomp Energy Machinery (Ma'anshan)

Procomp's company and application pages separately identify compressors for hydrogen stations and natural-gas filling stations. These are different gas and station duties. The catalogue entries establish the published application range but do not supply a common named station model, pressure/flow point or purity certificate.

For a hydrogen station, provide supply mode, gas composition/purity and contaminants, inlet pressure/temperature throughout the supply cycle, required throughput and discharge/storage interface. Agree compression/sealing architecture, materials, leak monitoring, hazardous-area electrical scope and the controls/protection interface with storage and dispensing. These are requirements for selection, not presumed equipment inclusions.

For CNG, provide gas composition and treatment, supply pressure variation, peak and daily demand, station/storage layout and required discharge conditions. Agree compressor drive, cooling, lubrication/separation and capacity control, along with the applicable station and destination requirements. Do not apply a hydrogen selection to methane service solely because both are filling stations.

The manufacturer's oilfield-injection page is a separate application: nitrogen generation supplies a nitrogen-boosting skid described for 35–50 MPa injection. That pressure is not assigned here as the hydrogen or CNG station rating. Injection volume, gas quality and wellhead duty need a separate project review.

Original application photographs show a CNG enclosure and a hydrogen-station compressor arrangement. They are catalogue/application examples, not an offered serial-numbered unit or proof that the full station is included. Confirm compressor, auxiliaries, electrical/control equipment, storage/dispensing interfaces and customer-supplied works on current drawings and the quotation.

Request a named model and duty sheet covering actual supply variation, selected operating points and package input, purity/testing conditions, P&ID, arrangement drawings, protections and applicable documents. Agree inspection/acceptance, spare parts, commissioning/training and destination support responsibilities. No preset filling capacity, station approval or overseas service deadline is invented.
