Tongda describes M-type as a four-row symmetrical balanced reciprocating mechanism with cranks arranged at 90°, intended for large CNG mother stations, low-inlet multi-stage compression and selected process skids. The family header gives 0.2–9 MPa inlet, 250–1600 kW, 25 MPa delivery and 1000–10000 Nm³/h; these separate bounds are not one machine rating.

The actual model table includes M-9.5/1-250 at 0.10 MPa inlet, 250 kW and 1000 Nm³/h, 740 rpm, 140 mm stroke and five stages. M-9.5/1.5-250 gives 0.15 MPa, 315 kW and 1200 Nm³/h, also 740 rpm/140 mm/five stages. Those lower inlet rows differ from the summary's 0.2 MPa lower bound; resolve the offered model scope rather than discarding a row or silently changing the range.

M-9.5/2-250 gives 0.20 MPa inlet, 355 kW, 1500 Nm³/h, 740 rpm, 140 mm stroke and five stages. M-14.5/2.5-250 gives 0.25 MPa, 710 kW, 2800 Nm³/h, 740 rpm, 160 mm stroke and four stages. Retain inlet conditions, stroke and stage count with each capacity; the family maximum is not the latter row's duty.

Specify composition/variation, suction temperature and pressure, normal-volume reference, pressure convention, delivery and filling profile, available power and cycle. Obtain actual duty and package-input curves across that range, offered cooling/lubrication and utility requirements. Confirm gas conditioning, dehydration, storage, dispenser/metering, controls and installation boundary when selecting a complete station.

Request P&ID, actual dimensions/lifting weight and service access, current applicable documents, factory/site tests, manuals, spares and commissioning/warranty responsibilities.
