Tongda's XD daughter-station page names XD-11/35-250 and XD-13/35-250 for purified natural gas from a pressurised trailer. Both list D-type two-row reciprocating construction, inlet 3–20 MPa, inlet temperature 0–35°C and delivery 25 MPa. Resolve gauge/absolute convention and the actual gas quality and normal reference for the offer.
The source labels discharge capacity as average: 1200 Nm³/h for XD-11 and 1500 Nm³/h for XD-13. Their motor/speed pairs are 75 kW/740 rpm and 90 kW/980 rpm. Agree the averaging cycle, trailer-pressure profile, usable inventory and receiving/filling demand. An average rating is not a flat instantaneous capacity curve through trailer depletion.
Cooling has two boundaries: compressed gas is air-cooled, while cylinders and lubricating oil use a closed circulating-water circuit. The table calls lubrication small-oil, not oil-free. Obtain actual coolant requirements, ambient/design temperatures, gas quality and downstream carryover/treatment requirements. Motor explosion-protection wording needs actual component documents and destination suitability rather than an inferred complete-package certification.
Both rows list PLC, touch screen and soft start; outdoor fixed-skid installation; and 4400 × 2540 × 2600 mm envelopes. Approximate weights are 8500 kg and 9000 kg respectively. Confirm complete installed input, lifting and foundation data, service/removal clearances and actual enclosure requirements. The long lifetime figure on the source page is a manufacturer design/life statement, not an independently tested lifetime guarantee.
For a daughter station, define trailer interface, unloading cycle, storage/dispenser arrangement, controls/protection, relief/vent routing and qualified station acceptance. Request offered cycle performance, package input, P&ID, actual documents, tests, manuals, spares and commissioning/warranty responsibilities. The original XD compressor image remains a family example; related hydrogen dispenser pictures on the page are excluded because they are not the XD unit.
