WOYO GCU integrated screw air ends for system builders from Wuxi Woyo / Wuyang Saide Compressor
Woyo's GCU screw compact units combine an oil-injected compression assembly with separator and related filtration/valve functions. They are integration components for a complete compressed-air system. Identify exactly which driver, cooler, controls and accessories are included before treating an air-end quotation as a complete machine.
The English GCU table states maximum flow at 7 barg. Its GCU10 reference pairs a recommended motor range of 5.5–7.5 kW with 1.16 m³/min maximum flow and 40 kg net weight. GCU30 pairs 15–22 kW with 3.5 m³/min and 103 kg, while GCU55 pairs 30–45 kW with 7 m³/min and 180 kg. These rows also list a 6–13 bar(g) pressure range; it is an operating range, not evidence that the quoted maximum flow is available at 13 bar(g).
Supply required pressure and air delivery, delivery reference/test basis, intended speed and driver, coupling/mounting envelope and the lubrication/cooling scheme. Request the current selected-duty map, shaft/input requirements and permitted operating limits. The complete package's electrical input includes its driver and auxiliaries and should be compared at the actual duty.
The current Chinese GCU10 page lists 375 × 353 × 470 mm dimensions, a 2500–3600 rpm speed range and 40 kg net weight. Obtain the current signed selection and drawing for the actual offered version rather than combining different published tables into an assumed rating.
