Atlas Copco GA, ZR and ZH compressor works, Wuxi

Atlas Copco (Wuxi) Compressors is the group’s China compressor-technology works in Xinwu. The public China catalogue a buyer can open is. That site is a group product file — commercial contact prints 1888 Xinjinqiao Road, Pudong — while the machine still leaves a named works. GA is the oil-injected rotary-screw family. The official GA page states in-house oil-injected rotors, operation in harsh environments, VSD that matches motor speed to air demand (a published “up to 35%” energy story), GA VSD+ with an interior permanent-magnet IE4 motor (a published “average 50%” energy story and a 12% FAD gain), optional energy recovery up to 78% from motor and oil circuit, SMARTLINK monitoring, and Full Feature packages with an integrated dryer and oil-water separator. ZR and ZT are the oil-free rotary-screw family. The official page prints a working envelope: 3.5–13 bar(g), 15–900 kW, FAD 1–150 m³/min (20–2,506 l/s). ZR is water-cooled; ZT is air-cooled. ISO 8573-1 Class 0 is stated, and the oil-free production facilities are described as ISO 22000 recognised for food-safety management on Z-type Class 0 machines and their dryers and filters. VSD, VSD+ and Full Feature dryers sit on the same page. This desk lists ATLAS-ZR for that oil-free screw row. ZT stays in this paragraph as the air-cooled twin, not a fourth SKU.

ZH and ZH+ are the oil-free centrifugal family, published at 2.5–13 bar with inlet guide vanes, AGMA Class A4 gears, stainless intercoolers and aftercoolers, and ISO 8573-1 Class 0 (2010) without needing external instrument air. ZH+ is the packaged variant with inlet silencer and filter, blow-off valve and silencer, cooling-water manifold and acoustic canopy. Wuxi Xinwu is the China compressor-technology campus this listing treats as the works. A GA Full Feature package with an integrated dryer and a bare GA without a dryer do not share a packing list. Write Full Feature or bare. ZR water-cooled and ZT air-cooled are both oil-free screws on the official page; this desk lists ATLAS-ZR and tells the buyer to name air- or water-cooled. ZH+ packaged centrifugal and a bare ZH core are likewise two crates. Energy-recovery percentages printed on GA and ZR pages are published claims, not a guarantee for every serial number.
