ZH and ZH+ are Atlas Copco oil-free centrifugal compressor families. The manufacturer brochure spans two- and three-stage arrangements with model-specific pressure and flow tables. The linked Wuxi profile does not establish the production location of every ZH package; the current quotation should identify the contracting entity and manufacturing origin.

For the two-stage 50 Hz ZH 355(+) example, installed motor power is 355 kW. Its published FAD is 5,681 m³/h at 3.5 bar(e), falling to 4,756 m³/h at 4.6 bar(e). Keep the pressure, frequency and stage arrangement with each value. The figures use ASME PTC 10 / ISO 5389, with reference inlet pressure 1 bar absolute, inlet temperature 35°C, humidity60% and cooling-water temperature26.7°C. They cannot be directly compared with a screw-machine figure in m³/min at another inlet condition.

Specify the normal and minimum continuous air demand, actual suction/ambient conditions and required pressure after drying and distribution losses. Request the selected performance map, allowed turndown, anti-surge/blow-off behaviour and total package input at the agreed measurement boundary. A large maximum flow does not show how economically the station will operate overnight or during partial production.

The package review should include cooling-water duty and quality, driver/starting, air treatment, control sequencing and standby strategy. Agree foundation and maintenance/lifting access, performance-test conditions, applicable air-quality documents, drawings, commissioning and destination parts support. Oil-free compression alone does not define the delivered particle/moisture limits.
