JTL's JE page describes a geared centrifugal compressor package with inlet guide vanes, cooling, lubrication, controls and venting components. Filter, monitoring and sound enclosure are listed as options. Confirm the actual included equipment list rather than assuming every accessory pictured is standard.
JE6000 is listed at 80–130 m³/min, outlet pressure 2.2–10.5 barG and motor power 355–800 kW, with mass 10.6 tonnes and 4.1 × 2.0 × 2.4 m dimensions. JE15000 is listed at 200–315 m³/min, 2.2–10.5 barG, 710–1,800 kW, 18.6 tonnes and 5.0 × 2.4 × 2.8 m. These are configuration ranges, not one paired maximum rating. Obtain the selected duty, flow/reference basis and measured power conditions.
JED is separately designated single stage. Its JED3600–9000 family lists 60–200 m³/min, pressure rise 30–200 kPa, pressure ratio 1.3–3 and 45–560 kW. Pressure rise and ratio must not be substituted for JE's outlet barG. Define inlet conditions, gas and actual selected point; agree guide-vane/variable-speed regulation and materials for the medium.
Request a performance map, surge/interlock logic, actual cooling/supply requirements, package/utility and maintenance drawings, foundation/handling loads, material/rotor/gear inspection and shop/site acceptance. Agree commissioning, documentation and critical spares for the destination.
