JTL's industrial fan catalog separates fan duty from JE/JED compressor duty. The F double-suction example describes rotors above 1,600 mm in double-supported construction, a special foundation arrangement and factory preassembly. Its original image shows the catalog equipment, not a guaranteed configuration for every process.
The published family endpoints include impeller size up to 4,000 mm, flow up to 1,500,000 m³/h and pressure up to 30,000 Pa, with gas temperature −20 to 500°C. The motor range is 110–8,000 kW or larger. Those values do not describe one simultaneous operating point. Request the selected fan curve and pressure definition at the agreed gas temperature, density and interfaces.
Provide contaminants, corrosion/erosion conditions, required flow, pressure and duct/system resistance. Agree actual coupling/driver, foundation loads, alignment, cooling, seals, dampers, expansion joints, filtering/silencing and bearing monitoring. A fan pressure entry must not be compared as if it were the compressor's outlet barG.
Tie material and rotor/balance records to the supplied equipment, then define shop/site acceptance, handling, installation, access and commissioning. For repair or replacement, include the existing nameplate and operating/failure history and agree the inspection and shutdown scope.
