The Wuxi GA 7–90 VSD iPM range uses oil-injected rotary-screw compression with a permanent-magnet variable-speed drive. It addresses changing industrial air demand; the correct package depends on the load profile, delivery pressure and downstream treatment rather than the largest catalogue flow alone.

The original 50/60 Hz model table lists GA 7 VSD iPM at 7 bar(e) with 7.5 kW installed motor power and 25.6–72.7 m³/h FAD. GA 22 VSD iPM at 7 bar(e) is 22 kW and 42.5–239.4 m³/h. GA 75 VSD iPM at 10 bar(e) is 75 kW and 147.2–739.4 m³/h. These are separate paired operating rows. FAD is referenced to ISO 1217:2009 Annex E, 1 bar absolute inlet pressure and 20°C; obtain the selected offer's site corrections and capacity guarantee.

Oil injection requires an air-treatment choice suited to the process. Specify particle, moisture and oil limits at the actual point of use, required pressure dew point and distribution pressure loss. Itemise dryer, filters, drains and receiver rather than assuming they are included because the brochure discusses dry air. The compressor and the delivered air-quality system have different acceptance boundaries.

Attach measured or estimated minimum/normal/peak demand, shifts, supply voltage/frequency, compressor-room temperature and installation constraints. Request total package power at the selected duty, control integration, maintenance access, test/report scope and destination commissioning/parts support. Installed motor kW is not the package's measured electrical input or a fixed energy-saving percentage. Confirm the exact offered variant, manufacturing origin and current delivery schedule.
