Hangyang presents this family for separated-oxygen compression in external-compression air-separation processes. Single-casing and two-casing centrifugal arrangements are shown. These casing descriptions should not be interpreted as reciprocating cylinder counts.
The published family chart places single-casing equipment below 1.0 MPa and two-casing equipment below 4.0 MPa. Gauge versus absolute pressure is not explicit on the page; agree the pressure convention, suction condition and delivery limit in the selected performance sheet.
Single-casing codes shown are 3TYS72, 3TYS85, 3TYS96, 3TYS130, 3TYS140 and 3TYS160. Two-casing codes are 3TYS72+2TYS58, 3TYS85+2TYS68, 3TYS96+2TYS70, 3TYS130+2TYS80, 3TYS140+2TYS90 and 3TYS160+2TYS100. The chart contains seven flow-axis ticks from 6 to 100 ×10³ Nm³/h beneath six model columns, so individual tick values cannot be assigned as exact capacities for those models. Hangyang states that calculation determines the actual type; request the selected duty and operating map.
The manufacturer describes multi-cavity differential-pressure sealing, oxygen-contact material selection, control of gas velocity and temperature, safety controls and anti-surge protection. Define oxygen purity/composition, inlet temperature and pressure, flow reference and turndown, delivery pressure and contamination limits. Agree oxygen cleanliness/material records, sealing-gas and vent arrangements, trips and anti-surge/control interfaces for the actual package. A design description is not certification for an unspecified destination or operating mixture.
Obtain actual power, cooling/lubrication demand, foundation and service/removal clearances, manuals and commissioning/maintenance scope. The published factory-test photograph establishes the stated test scene; agree which ordered-machine performance and rotor records are delivered, test conditions, witness points and acceptance criteria. The complete original product photo shows an oxygen rotor in assembly, rather than a complete delivered oxygen train.
