MAXTECH publishes separate water-injected MTO and dry oil-free MTOF screw selections. Their compression methods, service requirements and model ratings differ. Identify the construction and exact version before comparing offers.
The MTO22A-PM water-injected table lists 22 kW with air-delivery bands of 1.14–3.8 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, 1.05–3.5 at 0.8 MPa, 0.93–3.1 at 1.0 MPa and 0.81–2.7 at 1.25 MPa. It describes direct drive, air cooling and variable-speed control. The corresponding official image is labelled MTO22A-PM-8. Obtain delivery reference conditions, permitted load range and full package input at the selected pressure; the bands are not all simultaneous ratings.
The MTOF55 dry oil-free fixed-speed table lists 55 kW with 9.15 m³/min at 0.75 MPa, 9.11 at 0.85 MPa and 7.98 at 1.05 MPa. The fixed-speed table lists 380 V, IP54, 2100 × 1500 × 1790 mm length × width × height and 2600 kg. Its variable-speed and low-pressure tables are separate selections; do not transfer their flows, weight or operating range to the fixed-speed machine.
For MTO, agree the circulating-water, replenishment, treatment and maintenance requirements. For MTOF, obtain the exact dry-compression configuration, cooling and service arrangements. In both cases, define oil, water and particle quality at the process measurement point, and any additional process-specific hygiene requirement. Request applicable model/test evidence, dryers, filtration and distribution scope. Oil-free construction alone does not establish sterile air or every purity requirement.
