SEIZE offers two-stage oil-injected screw compression with permanent-magnet variable-speed control. Its current Chinese family page lists a 0.45–1.25 MPa pressure range and air-cooled or water-cooled arrangements. The original illustration is marked SVC-160A-II. Family pressure coverage is not a model-specific flow map; request the selected configuration's performance sheet and approved arrangement.

An August 2026 manufacturer-reported automotive application describes three SVC-160A-II units for assembly and painting air in Hubei. The published configuration states 160 kW per machine, 0.7–0.8 MPa and coordinated PM variable-speed control. This is an application reference, not independent confirmation of the anonymous customer's results. Its estimated electricity savings should not be applied to another production line or used as a general model guarantee.

For a purchase or retrofit, provide minimum, normal and peak air consumption, required user pressure, production pattern and operating hours. Align inlet/ambient conditions, flow reference conditions and complete-package input power when comparing one- and two-stage alternatives. Define low-load operation, sequencing with other machines, receiver and pressure-control settings and the planned standby arrangement.

Agree cooling utilities or ventilation, access for routine service, oil and separator maintenance, condensate handling and treatment. Painting air needs its own quality and acceptance boundary, including the relevant filters and drying. Request model-specific electrical and performance documents, a general arrangement and the acceptance procedure. If the project is justified by energy reduction, establish the existing station's measurement boundary and demand profile, then agree a comparable post-commissioning test rather than treating compression stages as a fixed savings percentage.
