SEIZE's single-stage PM variable-speed screw line is an oil-injected plant-air selection. The current Chinese product page describes direct drive, variable-frequency temperature control and air- or water-cooled arrangements. It gives a family pressure range of 0.75–1.23 MPa. The original family illustration is marked SVC-08A; the selected model and delivered duty must be confirmed on a current technical sheet.

Prepare pressure and air demand at the users, allowing for distribution, dryer and filter losses. Give minimum, normal and peak consumption, operating hours, ambient conditions and the required electrical supply. Obtain pressure-specific delivered flow, reference conditions and complete-package input power for the exact proposed configuration. Do not combine a family capacity endpoint with a family pressure endpoint as if they form a verified operating point.

For variable demand, ask for the controllable range and behavior below that range, together with starting, unloading and pressure-control settings. Identify the existing receiver, other compressors and station sequencing. A PM motor or variable-speed label does not independently establish the savings available against the buyer's actual load profile. Compare measured or specified package power at the same pressure, delivery and system boundary.

Agree cooling and ventilation, inlet filtration, condensate handling, oil and separator maintenance, connection sizes and service clearances. Specify required air quality and the dryer/filter/receiver boundary rather than treating oil-injected compression as process-qualified air without treatment. Request a general arrangement, electrical and controls documents, model-specific performance basis, acceptance procedure and routine parts. Itemize installation and commissioning so quotations cover the same duty, package configuration and included equipment.
