One manufacturer, several very different air requirements
Xinlei's portfolio includes screw and piston air compressors, magnetic-levitation centrifugal equipment, blowers, vacuum equipment, dryers and receivers. For a compressed-air buyer, the useful distinction is between a plant air network, a workshop tool supply and a lower-pressure industrial process.
The company's 2025 annual disclosure identifies its Wenling legal entity and describes both own-brand sales and original-design manufacturing. A Xinlei-branded machine enquiry should name a model and configuration. An ODM enquiry also needs a design specification, branding requirements and an approval process.

XLPM variable-speed screw
The published XLPM table spans 5.5–132 kW and 7, 8, 10 and 13 bar variants. It identifies an oil/air separator: a permanent-magnet motor describes the drive, not oil-free outlet air.
For a production network, supply pressure at the user, simultaneous air consumption, operating hours and low-load demand. Ask for package power at the selected duty and the dryer/filter scope, rather than assuming a site-specific saving from the drive type.

BM-50VP piston reference
The catalogue example specifies a 50 L receiver, 230 V/50 Hz, 2 hp and 8 bar. Its 196 L/min figure is labelled theoretical displacement. It is not a demonstrated continuous delivered-air capacity.
List which tools operate together and for how long. Request delivered air at their working pressure and the permitted compressor duty cycle. The receiver stores air between pressure limits; it does not increase pump output.

Magnetic-levitation centrifugal
The current product page lists 110–370 kW and 0.15–0.4 MPa, approximately 1.5–4 bar. It describes magnetic bearings and a high-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor. Those ranges are family limits, not paired model performance points.
Request a named selection with flow, pressure, inlet conditions, load range and cooling/electrical requirements. Keep this product separate from Xinlei's air-bearing blower and refrigeration equipment.

For XLPM15A, the published table keeps the 11 kW motor reference constant while capacity decreases as pressure rises. Obtain the rating/test basis before treating these catalogue numbers as certified FAD.

A branded purchase and an ODM order need different approvals
Xinlei's annual disclosure describes order-based ODM production and planned-stock own-brand production. It reports mainly self-made components, checks on purchased inputs and key production-stage inspections, with some processing outsourced. Use those reported practices to frame order-specific questions.
Buying a Xinlei-branded machine

Approve configuration, arrangement/electrical information and applicable acceptance checks. Specify air-quality requirements and product/destination approval scope; a corporate certificate alone does not establish either.

Questions that change the selection
Can I compare 196 L/min with a screw capacity after converting units?
Only after matching rating definitions and pressure. BM-50VP's 196 L/min is theoretical displacement. Ask for delivered flow and its duty-cycle limit before comparing it with a screw package.
Does permanent-magnet drive mean oil-free compressed air?
No. XLPM's drive description does not establish outlet air quality. Define oil, moisture and particle requirements and obtain evidence for the selected compressor and treatment package.
Will a 50 L receiver support continuous tool use?
Receiver volume alone cannot answer that. Compare tool demand with delivered flow, pressure band, replenishment and permitted run cycle. Specify the duration and simultaneous tools.
Can the maglev family replace an 8-bar screw package?
The current page used here lists 0.15–0.4 MPa. An 8-bar duty lies outside that stated range. Request a named, current selection for the actual duty rather than applying a different brochure's headline.
