Xinlei XLPM is a permanent-magnet variable-speed screw air-compressor family. Its official product description identifies a synchronous motor, frequency inverter, PLC control and an oil/air separator. For a factory with changing air demand, selection should start with pressure and the demand profile; the presence of a variable-speed drive alone does not establish an energy saving at your load. Ask for the working speed range, minimum stable output and electrical input at the intended operating points.

The published XLPM table provides pressure-specific capacities. XLPM10A is rated 7.5 kW and lists 1.05, 0.99, 0.90 and 0.75 m³/min at 7, 8, 10 and 13 bar respectively. XLPM15A is 11 kW with 1.68, 1.59, 1.45 and 1.30 m³/min at those pressures. XLPM30A is 22 kW with 3.52, 3.36, 3.06 and 2.80 m³/min. These are published model/pressure pairs, not a single capacity that applies throughout the operating range. The table labels the figures as capacity; its test/reference conditions are not stated there.

As a screening example, a process needing 1.6 m³/min at 10 bar cannot use XLPM15A's 1.68 m³/min figure at 7 bar to satisfy the requirement: its listed 10-bar figure is 1.45 m³/min. Confirm the pressure actually needed after pipe and treatment losses, then request a model selection at that point, with allowance for the site's demand pattern.

This is an oil-separated screw configuration. If clean or dry air is critical, specify the required pressure dew point, particle and oil limits for the complete supply system and ask for the dryer/filter scope. An oil-separator statement alone does not establish a tested air-quality class.

For the RFQ, provide required capacity and pressure, hours and load profile, site voltage/frequency, ambient and altitude, cooling preference, receiver and treatment needs, and available installation space. Request current model availability, test basis for delivered capacity, absorbed electrical input, control range, maintenance intervals and the full package boundary. The manufacturer-hosted table is retained as catalogue evidence; the supplier should confirm the current configuration before purchase.
