The DENAIR DWW range uses two-stage dry screw compression. The DWW-45 example is a 45 kW air-cooled package, with 50 Hz free air delivery of 7.70 m³/min at 7 barg, 6.73 m³/min at 8 barg and 5.10 m³/min at 10 barg. The pressure-matched figures are essential when sizing an oil-free air system.
The reference package measures 2,500 × 1,600 × 2,080 mm, weighs 1,960 kg and has a DN50 outlet. Its controller combines operating status, service indications, alarms and shutdown monitoring. Water-cooled W variants appear elsewhere in the catalog and may have different dimensions and weights.
The published FAD reference uses 1 bar absolute intake pressure and 20°C intake and cooling-air temperature. Specify the required moisture and particle limits separately from the oil-free compression method. Any requested air-quality certificate should identify the selected compressor and test conditions; broad family claims do not replace that documentation.
At 60 Hz, the DWW-45 table gives 7.16 m³/min at 7 barg, 6.48 at 8 barg and 5.37 at 10 barg. These are separate selections from the 50 Hz column. The W suffix denotes water cooling; the DWW-e brochure is a separate product document. Attach the selected model’s air-quality documentation and specify the dryer/filter scope for the process.
