BPM132 is a 132 kW permanent-magnet variable-speed screw compressor with two compression stages combined in one airend housing and helical-gear transmission. Between the stages, oil spray cools the compressed mixture before it enters the second rotor set. This is an oil-injected two-stage compressor, with an oil filter and oil-air separator in the package.
Its original table pairs discharge volume with pressure: 28.5 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, 28.0 at 0.8 MPa, 23.5 at 1.0 MPa and 19.5 at 1.3 MPa. Carry the selected point on the offer and request the inlet/reference conditions and total package input. These source volumes are not proof of a separately reviewed standardized FAD test. The DN80 outlet, 2,900 × 1,900 × 2,110 mm dimensions and 3,600 kg mass also matter for piping, transport and installation access. The source labels the outlet unit as Inch but writes DN80; preserve DN80 and obtain the actual connection drawing.
The manufacturer describes an IP55, class F motor, a centrifugal cooling fan with variable-frequency control and a touchscreen that displays operating curves and stores faults. Modbus RTU over RS485 is the stated standard interface; Ethernet is a custom requirement to specify when ordering. For a station project, agree register mapping, supervisory-control responsibilities, heat rejection, downstream treatment and the required pressure at the user. Compare this oil-injected package with an oil-free machine using the process quality requirement as well as pressure and volume.
