Hengda's industrial catalogue includes distinct lubrication, pressure and cooling routes. This existing range page uses named high-pressure and integrated screw/booster references; it does not assign one rating or lubrication claim to every Hengda machine.

The medium/high-pressure oil-free-labelled WW-1.1/40 table pairs 1.1 m³/min with 4.0 MPa and a 15 kW motor, 1660 × 830 × 1120 mm and 520 kg. The same catalogue separates WW-1.0/30 (1.0 m³/min, 3.0 MPa, 11 kW, 500 kg) and WW-1.2/30 (1.2 m³/min, 3.0 MPa, 15 kW, 535 kg). These three records share the listed envelope; their pressure/flow/motor values remain model-specific.

The separately titled integrated screw/booster record lists HD-6/40-BC at 4.0 MPa and 6.0 Nm³/min, with 45 kW fixed-frequency screw motor power and 22 kW booster motor power, 2600 × 1700 × 2500 mm and 1700 kg. Its normal-volume notation is distinct from the WW table's m³/min: obtain the reference temperature/pressure and selected-duty delivery basis. The two drive ratings are not a measurement of total package electrical input at every load.

Confirm the actual working medium and current full model configuration. For a non-air gas, give composition, inlet conditions, material/seal, cleanliness and hazard requirements for an explicit engineering review.

For high-pressure air, state inlet pressure/temperature, minimum/normal/peak downstream demand and pressure, cycle times, required air quality and hours. Agree complete compression/treatment/receiver scope, cooling, electrical controls, rated downstream piping/valves, relief/protection arrangements and applicable destination documents. Request performance, leak/pressure and protection tests with clear conditions and inspection scope.

Hengda also publishes treatment and receiver ranges, but no receiver volume, certification or dryer capacity is presumed included. Obtain the quoted components, ratings/drawings, current model revision and commissioning/maintenance responsibilities. Validate air quality at the actual user and selected duty; oil-free-labelled compression does not by itself establish a food, pharmaceutical or sterile-air approval.
