Huitong Xinda positions the HL family for low-pressure, high-volume air use, avoiding unnecessary compression followed by pressure reduction. The reviewed table names HL-45G, HL-55G, HL-75G, HL-90G and HL-110G. It describes single-stage compression, direct drive, air cooling and variable-frequency starting.

The printed flow/motor pairs are 11.5 m³/min and 45 kW for HL-45G, 14.7 and 55 for HL-55G, 19.2 and 75 for HL-75G, 24.2 and 90 for HL-90G, and 27.2 and 110 for HL-110G. Corresponding listed masses are 1160, 1220, 1280, 1340 and 1480 kg. A flow value should be used only with its agreed pressure and reference conditions.

The pressure row prints 4–5 under MPa. That conflicts with the same page's 0.3–0.6 MPa introduction and 0.3–0.5 MPa detailed description. No replacement value is assumed here. Ask for a signed model sheet identifying discharge pressure, units and the capacity at that pressure before selecting or comparing this machine. Manufacturer claims of more than 30% savings do not establish savings for an actual installation or a verified efficiency test.

The table gives a −5 to +45°C environment and voltage/frequency options including 380 V/50 Hz, 220 V/60 Hz, 415 V and custom voltage. Confirm the offered phase, frequency, cooling-air requirements, actual heat rejection and model-specific footprint/connections; merged dimension/outlet cells do not supply an unambiguous individual drawing.

For a low-pressure proposal, provide the consuming process, minimum pressure at its interface, network/treatment losses, demand profile and operating hours. Agree the full performance envelope and usable control range, total package input, air quality, receiver/treatment scope, controls and protective functions. Request installation/service drawings, manuals and maintenance parts, commissioning and warranty/support responsibility. Test the offered equipment at the agreed duty rather than sizing from a promotional saving or unresolved pressure row.
