Huitong Xinda describes an oil-associated two-stage screw process: intake air is mixed with lubricant in the first compression chamber, cooled by oil mist between stages and compressed again to the final discharge. The manufacturer describes helical-gear drive for two rotor stages in one housing. Two-stage compression and speed control are separate characteristics from downstream air purity; do not treat this as an oil-free compressor.

The official 11–37 kW category contains a table with HV-15ⅡG, HV-18.5ⅡG, HV-22ⅡG, HV-30ⅡG and HV-37ⅡG at 15, 18.5, 22, 30 and 37 kW. No 11 kW row is supplied in that table. For HV-22ⅡG, the paired values are 4.1 m³/min at 0.8 MPa, 3.5 at 1.0 MPa and 3.2 at 1.3 MPa. HV-37ⅡG gives 7.1, 5.8 and 5.4 m³/min at the same respective pressures. These pressure-linked ratings are not interchangeable capacities at every operating pressure or speed.

The table specifies air cooling, direct drive, variable-frequency starting and a −5 to +45°C environment. It lists 760 kg for HV-22ⅡG and 980 kg for HV-37ⅡG. Electrical choices are printed as 380 V/50 Hz, 220 V/60 Hz, 415 V and custom voltage; confirm phase and the actual frequency of the selected option. Shared dimension/outlet cells span model groups, so use the offered model's installation drawing rather than guessing a column assignment. Noise and exhaust-temperature labels need actual test conditions before they become acceptance requirements.
