The JW series uses water-lubricated oil-free screw compression, with permanent-magnet selections in the manufacturer's 2025 brochure. JW-10APM is the 7.5 kW reference shown here. Its FAD range is 0.35–1.17 m³/min at 0.8 MPa and 0.30–1.05 at 1.0 MPa. These ranges should remain tied to their pressure; they are not one constant flow at every load.

The model table lists 10 L lubricating water and 2 t/h cooling water at 32°C inlet temperature. Separate the machine's lubricating-water circuit from the site's cooling-water provision, and obtain the offered configuration's utility drawing, water-quality requirements and permitted inlet conditions. The listed outline is 800 × 800 × 1200 mm in the brochure's L × H × W order, with 320 kg weight and a ¾-inch outlet. The original photo carries the JW-10APM designation.

The brochure also contains JW-7.5APM at 5.5 kW. Preserve the selected model's exact designation and rating rather than inferring motor kW from a model number or another web-page title. For an order, obtain the actual selection sheet, minimum/maximum controllable flow and test/reference conditions.

Water lubrication does not define all point-of-use quality. State oil, pressure dew point and particle limits, plus any process-specific microbiological controls, then agree receiver, dryer, filtration and validation. Request the selected compressor's current air-quality documentation and the maintenance/water-service plan. No breathing-air or sterile-process suitability is assumed from the compression method.
