Moon-Tech's open screw refrigeration packages serve cold storage, food freezing, process cooling and other low-temperature projects. The LG12M–LG50L single-stage range includes more than 20 model and rotor-lead combinations. Its catalog gives a volume range of 285–14000 m³/h; this is not compressed-air free-air delivery or refrigeration cooling kW. Obtain the selected model's actual refrigerant rating and capacity definition.

The separate LG1612MM–LG3225LS family is an open single-machine two-stage arrangement. Its page lists R717, R507, R404 and other refrigerants, a +40/−35°C nominal condition and a 139–1262 kW family cooling envelope. It identifies application at evaporating temperatures below −25°C. The range is not one model's rating across every refrigerant; the offered selection must give cooling capacity and input at its exact duty.

The screw range describes configurable packages, optional variable internal-volume ratio and variable-speed capacity regulation, with automatic controls as the standard range description. Confirm which options the selected machine includes, the usable load range, oil system and economiser/interstage arrangement where applicable. The original illustration represents the two-stage family rather than a serial-number-specific delivery.

For a cold-store selection, state refrigerant, design evaporating/condensing temperatures, product temperature and pull-down load, shift profile, defrost schedule and redundancy. Agree motor supply, heat rejection, control interfaces, installation/service clearances and the division between compressor package, vessels, heat exchangers, pipework and commissioning. Request model-specific performance and order-linked inspection records.
