The official recycle-hydrogen page selects the EB barrel centrifugal family and identifies EB28–EB125. The centrifugal overview describes a one-piece outer barrel, single-suction multistage high-speed two-bearing construction and a horizontally split inner casing. Actual stage arrangement and gas duty require the project datasheet.

The manufacturer describes withdrawing the rotor and inner stationary assembly for maintenance without removing process piping, with nozzle placement adapted to the process piping. Obtain a complete extraction/lifting and service-clearance drawing. The feature does not eliminate safe isolation, shutdown, support or access requirements.

A motor through a speed-changing gearbox or suitable direct high-speed motor/steam-turbine drive may be selected. The public page does not publish a universal motor, hydrogen-flow or pressure rating. EBZ is a separate intermediate-cooled barrel selection used, among other applications, in LNG refrigerant service; EBZ plant-treatment figures cannot be assigned to EB hydrogen compression.

Provide hydrogen-rich mixture composition and range, suction temperature, inlet/discharge pressure envelope and convention, reference flow at all required cases, contaminants/liquid risks and process transients. Agree materials and actual seal/seal-support arrangement, leak and vent boundary, cooling and treatment. Broad hazardous/high-pressure media wording is not a destination-specific safety certificate.

Require the offered performance map, absorbed and driver/package input, speed and surge/protection controls, actual utilities and lubrication arrangement. Obtain P&ID, package/extraction/foundation/nozzle-load drawings, control/instrument schedule, manuals, spares and agreed gas-duty performance/mechanical tests. Confirm commissioning, warranty and destination/lifecycle service responsibility. The factory page also shows the original recycle-hydrogen installation example; neither photo proves the configuration of your offered EB train.
