Xinran's XR-SY range uses two-stage oil-injected screw compression for plant air. The XR-15SY is a specific table reference with a 15 kW rating. Its published flow is 2.9 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, 2.8 m³/min at 0.8 MPa, 2.4 m³/min at 1.0 MPa and 2.2 m³/min at 1.3 MPa. Keep each pressure attached to its own capacity. The four points are alternatives, and the largest capacity does not apply to the highest pressure. Define the required pressure at the air user, allowing for pipework, dryer and filter losses. Supply minimum, normal and peak demand with operating hours, ambient temperature and available electrical supply. Obtain the offered configuration's flow reference conditions and performance test basis before comparing it with another manufacturer's FAD figures.

Ask for complete-package input power at the selected duty, control arrangement and operating range. A two-stage layout or a variable-frequency description does not establish a fixed energy saving for the buyer's load profile. For an existing station, identify receiver and pressure-control settings, other compressors, sequencing and how demand varies through the shift.

Agree cooling airflow or utilities, installation clearances, inlet filtration, condensate handling and routine service access. Put any dryer, filters, receiver, station controller and installation work on an explicit supply list.
