ADEKOM’s standard KDS range uses two dry screw compression elements driven through timing gears. Oil is excluded from the compression chamber. The KDS75 reference has a 75 kW main motor and listed FAD of 13.00 m³/min at 7.5 barg, 13.00 at 8.6 barg and 12.90 at 10 barg. Select the pressure that meets the process after treatment and pipe losses, and use its corresponding flow rather than quoting a family-wide maximum.

The standard KDS table lists star-delta starting and 380, 400 or 415 V at 50 Hz. Air- and water-cooled configurations appear in the range. Confirm the offered variant, supply, cooling utility, heat rejection and layout on its own datasheet. Main-motor power is not automatically total package input, particularly when cooling auxiliaries and treatment equipment are part of the installation.

KDS EPM and KDSL belong to separate tables. KDSL75 is a low-pressure 75 kW selection with 25.62 m³/min at 2 barg, 22.89 at 2.5 barg and 19.74 at 3 barg. These numbers explain why duty pressure matters; they are not high-pressure KDS75 ratings. The existing catalog URL is retained while the page uses the current KDS name.

For food, pharmaceutical or electronics work, specify particle, moisture and oil limits at the point of use, including test conditions and the treatment boundary. Obtain evidence applying to the exact offered compressor and air-quality claim. Coordinate dryers, filtration, condensate handling, pipework, standby capacity and controls with the production demand. An oil-free compression chamber is a design feature, not a complete sterile-air specification or a substitute for the application’s acceptance criteria.
