ADEKOM’s KSP-OF package uses a water-lubricated screw stage and an oil-free piston booster for PET bottle-blowing air. The KSP-OF6/40PM reference is listed at 6.0 Nm³/min and 40 barg, with 67 kW installed power. The OF8 counterpart has 8.0 Nm³/min capacity, 85 kW installed power and the same listed working pressure. Keep the OF suffix: the separately listed KSP-II family has different installed powers and weights.

Capacity is expressed as normal volume. Match the bottle-blowing machine’s consumption to the agreed normal reference temperature and pressure; this value should not be relabelled as FAD or treated as actual volume inside a 40 barg line. Send peak and average demand, blow-cycle timing, required pressure at the machine and available receiver capacity. Ask how the proposed compressor, storage and pressure control meet successive cycles.

For OF6, the manufacturer lists 20 t/h cooling-water flow, a 3000 × 1550 × 1650 mm outline in L × W × H order and a 2800 kg package weight. OF8 needs 24 t/h and weighs 3100 kg. Establish inlet-water temperature, pressure, quality, heat rejection and cooler maintenance; a water-flow figure alone is not a complete utility design.

Itemise the high-pressure receiver, dryer, filtration, drains, safety equipment, controls and connecting pipework. Agree air-quality requirements at the blow-moulder and obtain relevant model-specific evidence. The official illustration shows the KSP family; the delivered model and its interfaces need their own approved drawing. Compare installed and measured package input on a consistent basis, and define factory testing, commissioning and routine spare parts in the offer.
