Gairs OGWYD low-pressure water-lubricated VSD compressors from Gairs / Shanghai Gairs Machinery
Gairs' OGWYD low-pressure route uses water-lubricated oil-free single-screw compression and variable-frequency starting. Its original table separates air-cooled F and water-cooled S versions, with delivery paired at 0.3 and 0.4 MPa.
The 37 kW air-cooled OGWY37FD row lists 10.0 m³/min at 0.3 MPa and 8.5 m³/min at 0.4 MPa. It identifies 380 V, 50 Hz supply and coupling transmission. The table's air-supply temperature reference is no more than ambient temperature plus 15°C. For water-cooled entries, the reference is cooling-water inlet temperature plus 10°C. These relative temperature references are not pressure-dew-point ratings and do not establish dry process air.
Select this route from the pressure actually required at the consuming process, including distribution losses and concurrent demand. Do not use a higher-pressure family's motor and flow figures to size this machine, or assume its lower-pressure delivery also applies at 0.4 MPa. Request the full model/control version, flow reference and test conditions, package input and permitted turndown. Confirm make-up-water quality, treatment, drainage and service arrangements. If specifying water cooling, include available water inlet temperature and utility conditions. Agree any dryer, receiver and filtration requirements separately.
