Gairs OGWYE medium-pressure water-lubricated VSD compressors from Gairs / Shanghai Gairs Machinery
Gairs' OGWYE route is a water-lubricated, oil-free single-screw variable-speed family with original catalogue records at 3.0 and 4.0 MPa. Air-cooled and water-cooled tables are separate, and model names must stay attached to the listed installed-power and pressure/flow values.
The air-cooled OGWYE55F-6.0/30 example lists 6.0 m³/min at 3.0 MPa with 59 kW installed power. OGWYE75F-6.0/40 lists the same 6.0 m³/min at 4.0 MPa with 75 kW. The original photograph corresponds to the labelled OGWYE55F-6.0/30 example. The table identifies variable-frequency starting, coupling transmission and 380 V, 50 Hz supply; confirm the actual destination version and current sheet.
For a medium-pressure process, state the required point-of-use pressure, simultaneous and peak flow, duty duration and air-quality acceptance criteria. Include rated requirements for all downstream components, receivers and connections in the proposed supply. Request the delivery reference conditions, performance test basis, package input, control limits and installation/maintenance documents. For water cooling, provide available inlet temperature and water conditions. Water lubrication does not remove the need to define make-up treatment, drying, filtration and condensate management, or establish an oil-purity certificate for every model.
