Jufeng two-stage oil-injected screw compressor selection from Jufeng Machinery
Jufeng's current range includes two-stage industrial screw equipment. The corresponding official English product page describes oil-injected, direct-drive equipment with PLC control and air/water cooling options. Its original product image shows a JF-75AHV-labelled cabinet; it does not by itself supply that model's selected pressure-delivery table.
Specify compression stages, drive method and control arrangement separately. Two-stage compression is not the same as two variable-frequency drives and does not establish the output or efficiency of an unspecified unit. Require the exact offered model/revision, selected cooling and current pressure-delivery/input records.
Provide minimum, normal and peak demand, operating hours, required user pressure after treatment/distribution losses, electrical supply and ambient/cooling conditions. Compare delivery and complete-package input at the same pressure and reference conditions; obtain part-load/control-range information where variable-speed equipment is offered.
Define included receiver, dryer, filters and station controls, maintenance/access clearances, installation and commissioning. Agree performance acceptance and order-specific inspection records, plus destination-specific service and spare parts.
