OSG presents XD as a compact direct-drive screw selection. The original model table pairs exhaust volume in m³/min with discharge pressure in MPa and labels the power column as kW/HP. Do not read horsepower as an alternative kW value, infer the motor rating from the model name, or apply oil-free/variable-speed features of other OSG families to XD without an offered configuration sheet.

XD-8A lists 7.5 kW / 10 HP and 1.20 m³/min at 0.7 MPa, 1.10 at 0.8 and 0.95 at 1.0. It measures 800 × 700 × 930 mm, weighs 240 kg and lists a 1/2-inch outlet. XD-15A instead lists 15 kW / 20 HP, 2.50 at 0.7 MPa, 2.30 at 0.8 and 2.10 at 1.0, with 950 × 750 × 1250 mm, 450 kg and a 3/4-inch outlet. Full flow-reference and test conditions need confirmation for an engineering comparison.

At 0.8 MPa, XD-30A gives 30 kW and 5.0 m³/min; XD-75A gives 75 kW and 12.6; XD-132A gives 132 kW and 23.2. XD-75A installation data are 1900 × 1250 × 1570 mm, 1900 kg and a 2-inch outlet. XD-132A gives 2500 × 1470 × 1840 mm, 2500 kg and a 2½-inch outlet. These are separate model points rather than one machine's variable performance range.

The source defines A as air-cooled and W as water-cooled, but the reviewed XD columns are A models. An explanatory W footnote does not establish a W offer for each A column. The table lists a 380 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz supply; confirm control/starter, protection, package input, ventilation, heat rejection and service/removal clearances for the actual installation.

The Shanghai regulator's January 2023 notice names a historical XD-22A-8 sample whose inspected 2022 energy-labelling metrology items met relevant standards. That result is neither a current certificate for all XD models nor a guaranteed energy class of the offered machine. Obtain current model-specific nameplates, reports and duty tests.

Send actual process pressure after losses, continuous and peak demand, duty cycle, volume basis and receiver/control concept. Define dryer, filters, condensate handling and oil/moisture/particle limits at the acceptance point. Obtain drawings, manuals, lubricant and consumable schedules, actual warranty and destination support.
