DS is the dry oil-free screw family on Sullair's Asian catalog. The page describes a Hitachi-Sullair jointly developed airend with coated rotors and sealing, fixed-speed/VSD arrangements, an IP55 motor and intelligent controller. It is distinct from the site's GS water-injected screw and SRL/VT scroll paths.

The technical tab separates three groups. The 22–120 kW group publishes maximum-pressure selections of 7.0–10.3 bar and a 3.2–21.5 m³/min flow envelope. The 132–160 kW group gives 7.0–10.0 bar and 18.7–30.0 m³/min. The 180–450 kW group gives 7.0–10.3 bar and 26.9–81.8 m³/min, alongside a newer 180–280 kW notation. These are group envelopes, not paired model duty rows. Confirm the exact current selection, flow reference and gauge/absolute pressure basis. Single-stage low-pressure oil-free equipment is mentioned separately, not assigned these two-stage ratings.

The manufacturer claims Class 0, but obtain current issuer documentation, exact model scope and test conditions for the offered machine. Specify the process's purity target, downstream treatment, measurement point and acceptance procedure. Agree electrical supply, controller and actual VSD/fixed-speed selection, package input/load profile, cooling and ambient limits, receiver/dryer/filter scope, maintenance access, commissioning and wear parts. A Class 0 claim is not proof of every contamination target throughout an untreated downstream air system.
