Xiya's oil-free screw page separates single-stage low-pressure FWS, two-stage FWT and variable-speed arrangements. The FWT20 series row 1 is a concrete two-stage reference: 12 m³/min at 0.8 MPa gauge, 90 kW motor and 9 m³/h cooling water. FWT35 row 6 lists 26.5 m³/min at 0.8 MPa gauge, 160 kW and 16 m³/h cooling water. Both rows list 380 V and 50 Hz. One series code contains multiple capacity/motor rows, so identify the chosen configuration as well as FWT20 or FWT35.

For the stated FWT20 row, dimensions are 2860 × 1520 × 1870 mm and main-unit weight 3000 kg; for FWT35 row 6 they are 3210 × 1870 × 2100 mm and 5300 kg. Request the order-specific drawing, service access and cooling-water design conditions. The listed water flow does not define acceptable temperature, quality or pressure on its own.

Choose the compression pressure first. The low-pressure FWS selections must not be assigned an FWT 8 bar duty, and a published delivery value needs its capacity reference and acceptance conditions. Ask for the offered model's control range and total package input. The original image illustrates the oil-free family, not necessarily either selected table row.

Xiya reports a September 2023 Class 0 milestone. Where certified oil quality is required, obtain the exact offered model's current certificate and test scope. Specify pressure dew point, particles, treatment, receiver and distribution acceptance independently; oil-free compression does not itself provide dry or sterile air.

Send normal/peak/minimum demand, pressure, hours, site/inlet conditions, electrical supply and cooling-water availability. Agree row/configuration identity, model/serial-linked performance records, treatment boundary, installation drawings, destination documents and commissioning/maintenance/parts responsibility.
