Success Engine's ZA dry oil-free screw line has separate low-pressure and standard-pressure model tables. The dry compression description keeps injected oil or other compression liquid out of the compression chamber. This does not itself define the moisture, particles or hygienic condition of air at a downstream process.
The standard-pressure ZA55A(W) group uses a 55 kW motor. The -7 selection lists 8.9 m³/min at 7 bar, -8 lists 7.8 m³/min at 8 bar, and -10 lists 7.4 m³/min at 10 bar. The shared table entries are DN50 outlet, 1500 kg and 2300 × 1300 × 1780 mm. Keep the offered cooling variant and pressure suffix in the quotation.
The separate low-pressure ZA75(W)-1.5 selection lists 75 kW and 20 m³/min at 1.5 bar, with DN65 outlet. Its group lists 2900 × 2300 × 1880 mm and 2100 kg. Its higher flow is at a lower delivery pressure; it is not a substitute for the standard-pressure ZA55 selection where the process requires 7–10 bar.
State process pressure and distribution losses first, then define intake conditions, delivery reference, electrical supply and cooling utilities. Request the selected machine's installation drawing, inspection records and any required oil-quality certificate with its model and test scope. Agree the pressure dew point, particle limits, dryer and filtration boundary, and point-of-use acceptance. Food or pharmaceutical suitability depends on the complete air-system specification and validation.
